I see therapy as a wellness endeavor and therefore beneficial to anyone.  As a psychologist, I help clients resolve current problems, alter self-defeating patterns, strengthen self-esteem, and connect genuinely to others. 

I draw on a variety of treatment approaches to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work collaboratively to help clients accomplish their goals.
